Welcome to the Day 3 August Release!!

Hello my crafty friends I am so excited to share 2 of the just-released Stamp set and Stencil from The Rabbit Hole Designs!

I try not to have favorites but this NEW Cat Eye 6x6 Stencil is definitely in my top 3! This is such a great multi-use stencil. The is the NEW All About the Hat 4x4 stamp set

So for the background, I wanted to keep it a little lighter so that this stamp would pop off the page. I stamped the All About the Hat first and cut a mask so that I would be able to lay that stencil right on top so I didn't have a ton of white areas around the stamp. I am definitely not a fussy cutter but this one was so easy to fussy cut a mask. The sentiment comes from the All About the Hat Stamp set. Keep an eye out for a post/video coming up showing how I used this stencil in multiple ways!

Happy Halloween! Welcome to Release Day 1!

Hello, my crafty friends! Who's ready for a little Halloween? Welcome to Day 1 of the August release at The Rabbit Hole Designs. I know I am and I have the perfect stamp to get you ready for the nice cool fall air.

This is the Halloween Wreath 4x4 Stamp Set designed by Tatsiana Zayats! For today's card, I decided to make an easel card. I love to throw in an interactive element.

I love all the fun characters that are intertwined within the wreath. I have to say I love making Halloween-inspired cards.

For the background I found some woodgrain card stock I have in my stash, but I felt it was a little plain so I pulled out my Black Soot Distress Ink to dirty it up just a bit. I did stamp my image on Bristol Smooth cardstock and used my zig clean color brush markers. For the easel part of the card I grabbed a sentiment from the set Things a Witch Might Say 4x6 stamp set, white heat embossed it on a piece of black cardstock that would fit the width of my card.
